Account Manager

What are we looking for?

An internet startup company, based in Ramat Hachayal, is growing rapidly and currently seeking for account managers to join its Online Sales departments.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Driving the development and achievement of client goals and addressing strategies, problems, or challenges with the highest possible level of client service
  • Maintaining an intimate knowledge of the functionality and relevance of all Somoto products and services.
  • Monitor overall account performance for compliance within client guidelines
  • Grow existing clients partnerships – Upselling
  • Managing high volumes portfolio of clients
  • Create data reports based on internal and customer requests (both scheduled and ad hoc)
  • Ensures escalated issues are managed through to resolution

MUST HAVE:

  • 2-3 years of experience as account manager in the internet industry – mandatory
  • BA from accredited university or college.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills
  • Mother tongue level English
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Love for problem solving and creative thinking.
  • Enjoy challenges and have a strong desire to learn and develop
  • Internet Savvy
  • Available to work full time
